How Camplist works

Get started: by typing in your school name here.

This brings up a customised list of suitable products for hire or purchase for your camp, all approved by your school’s outdoor education department. Simply select the products, size and quantities needed and complete the checkout process. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.

Please double-check the delivery address: this is where your gear will be sent!

Create an account to track your order history: it comes in handy for remembering the size you ordered last year!

We ship with Australia Post eParcel. The delivery address can be a home address, work address or PO Box. You’re welcome to order early to reserve hire gear. (Between two and four weeks before camp is great.)

We ship gear to arrive the week before camp starts. Updates and tracking information will be emailed directly from Australia Post when the order is on the way.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, don’t worry. We’re here to help with exchange or refund. Gear must be returned unused, in its original packaging and within 21 days.

Camplist® has a size guide for every product – you’ll see these when you’re shopping. We’ve developed these guides to make life easy, and have included tips and tricks for getting it right.

Shoes and apparel are generally true to size. You’re welcome to contact us with any questions.

Hire gear will be sent to the nominated address using Australia Post, with delivery timed for the week before camp starts. Orders arrive in reusable box: these include an invoice and returns label.

To return, simply pack the gear into the box provided, ensuring the returns label faces out, then drop off at your local Australia Post centre. Please return your hire gear in a timely manner.

Hire gear does not need to be cleaned before it’s returned, but it does need to be dry. Please check the pockets and brush off excess dirt before shipping. Fees may apply for late, lost or damaged equipment.

Creating a Camplist® account only takes a minute but can come in incredibly handy. An account allows you to look up your order history (and find out which size you ordered last year!), check out faster and review your order status. With an account, you can also add items to your cart and come back later to complete the order.

The ONE PLANET® shop in Melbourne has Camplist® items in stock. This allows our staff to service the community of parents and students organising for school camp, something we’ve been doing for more than 30 years. We have a real understanding of camps and outdoor education: you’re welcome to shop in store (or just try on for size), chat about gear and learn how it all works.
