Shipping & Handling

Camplist® delivers direct to your door with Australia Post.

All posted orders include an Australia Post eParcel return consignment for return of hire equipment after camp, or for exchange or refund of purchased gear. If you select click and collect, please return via to the same location.

Order shipment: we normally ship the following business day. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Please be aware there may be postage delays during busy periods.

Hire gear orders: we aim to deliver hire gear the week before camp starts. You’re welcome to order gear a few weeks out to reserve equipment: we’ll hold the order and ship it to arrive the week before camp. Regardless of when you order, we only charge for hire based on the period of use. (For example, the one week of school camp.)

Hire returns: please return your hire order ASAP, ideally within 2-3 days of the end of camp, using the eParcel returns slip or via your click and collect method. Fees may apply for late, lost or damaged equipment.

We ship with Australia Post eParcel or Express to locations around Australia. Extreme weather, covid-19, holiday periods and natural disasters cause delays within the Australia Post network, please view latest domestic delivery times here.

We recommend using Express Post, especially for regional areas and states other than Victoria.

Click & Collect is available at no cost, in Melbourne’s  CBD or Sunshine West


Camplist® does not ship outside Australia.

Click & Collect – Melbourne only

Click & Collect orders are generally ready in two or three business days. Our staff will call and/or email you when the order is ready for collection. (For example, if you order on Friday or over the weekend, we’ll contact you for collection on Tuesday the following week.)

Please return after camp to the same click and collect location.

Sunshine West Factory – 650 Somerville Road, Sunshine West. Our factory has ample parking out the front. We’re open from 9 am until 5 pm from Monday to Friday only – we’re shut on weekends. Please follow the signs and ring the doorbell when you arrive.

The ONE PLANET® shop – 377 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne. We’re open seven days, from 10 am. Please phone (03) 9670 7070 or check Google maps for current opening hours. Upon arrival, let staff know you’re there to pick up a Click & Collect order.

The ONE PLANET® shop has Camplist® stock for purchase. Hire stock is held at the ONE PLANET® factory and delivered directly from there. You are welcome to try items on for size in the shop and then order via

Returns & Exchanges

We accept all returns and exchanges via the point of purchase. Purchased products (including walking boots) must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Once gear has been received, we’ll process your return (and refund, if applicable) within 1-3 business days.

If you’d like to exchange a product from your order (for example, for another size), please contact the Camplist® team. We’ll ask you to return the product to the point of purchase, and when it arrives we can compete the exchange.

Change of mind returns
If you’re not satisfied with your Camplist® purchase, you’re welcome to exchange or return the product for a full refund (hire excluded). Gear must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days.

Damaged goods or incorrect order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact the Camplist® team.

Order/camp cancellation
If you place an online order and change your mind or the camp is cancelled, please contact the Camplist® team. We will help to cancel your order and process an exchange or refund.
